Job description:
As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a key role in our sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships to strengthen NKINDA's market presence through field and online prospecting.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, while proactively managing existing customers.
- Contribute to business development strategies and sales growth.
- Promote our products and digital solutions convincingly.
- Negotiate contracts and conclude successful commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Actively participate in developing our online presence and implementing online business development strategies.
Profile required:
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have a diploma in Business management, Marketing, MBA, or related fields.
- Have solid experience as a Senior Business Developer in the digital solutions or information technology sector.
- Master advanced sales techniques and understand market needs.
- In-depth knowledge of NKINDA products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.
Mandatory skills
- In-depth skills in the use of ERP technologies
-Skill in Managed Services
- Mastery of technologies such as Odoo , SAP
- In-depth field prospecting skills.
- In-depth skills in online prospecting on Linkedin , Twitter , google, facebook , telegram , etc.
Knowledge of the following tech concepts is an advantage :
Cloud Solution, AI , Server, VPS , software solution
